LCC annual event: Halloween Spooktacular
Halloween Spooktacular is another joint event between the Leschi Business Association and the Leschi Community Council.
Aimed at younger kids, the event takes place between 4 and 6 pm on Halloween with local lakefront businesses offering treats. Hay bales and giant pumpkins offer an appropriate background for picture taking of little costumed gremlins.
